Description
This class will involve short instruction and presentation inside followed by demonstration in the Garden of how to divide and transplant perennials, grasses, and how to deal with trees and shrubs depending on their size. There will be some divisions of plants given away to attendees. We would invite you to bring divisions or plants from your yard to exchange with other class attendees and make this an enjoyable learning experience while potentially sending you home with some new plant starts for your yard. We will cover briefly the planting principles for all types of new plants, then focus on dividing and transplanting existing plants. This will be really fun, don’t miss it.
